Nordic Folk Musician & Teacher
Learn Swedish and Norwegian tunes on regular fiddle with Patrik & Vidar. The workshop welcomes all instruments that can play along with the fiddle, and is suitable for intermediate and advanced players, although all are welcome to the exposure.
Learn tunes on the Hardanger fiddle with Vidar Skrede. The workshop is for hardanger fiddle players, and is suitable for intermediate and advanced players, although all are welcome to the exposure.
Waltz, schottische, polka, hambo, and more to the music of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. No partner necessary. $10 includes social dancing to live music from 7:00-9:00pm AND dance lessons with from 6:00 - 7:00pm with Carol Sersland and Kari Tauring
A concert followed by a jam session with the Northern Roots community. Join us :)
